Exploring HBCUs
Since graduating from her alma mater, the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff, Dr. Fletcher has been inspired to visit every HBCU along with other institutions founded to provide educational avenues for Blacks when they could not attend, by law, other universities and colleges. To date, she has collectively visited over 50 HBCUs and plans to visit the remaining 140+ (including those that have closed). She takes all photos herself (using a Lumix GH5).
